30 Day Guarantee

Online purchases made through DEZZAL are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

If your items are damaged, faulty, you have received the wrong item or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

Submit a request for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request. Please contact us immediately at our Support Center if you need help.

All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in their original packaging. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please feel free to submit a ticket for return/exchange request.
Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive authorization and return address by email within 24 hours.
Step 3: Send the return parcel to our warehouse and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, or a picture of the return package.
Step 4: You will receive the refund within 3 business days or have an exchanged order sent out to you after we receive the return package.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arranging shipment.
We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for a return or exchange.
USA customers will be issued with a prepaid shipping label, and the fee for this will be deducted from the final refund.

Missing Items and Partial Delivery

Dezzal ships from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster. Please rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
Please be sure to check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.

Returns for Online Purchases Made with Cash Coupons, Store Credit or Gift Card

Refunds can only be made to cash coupon, or store credit if the original order was paid in full using one of these methods. If the order was partially paid via a coupon we can only refund the amount paid in total by the customer. For more information please contact our dedicated Support Team. As for gift cards, we kindly ask the customer to contact their account manager by email directly. Please record the information on the gift card, cash coupon or store credit when placing an order, for future reference.

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense and are non-refundable.
